National Contract Management Association hired me to train some of their employees and mediators in the use of EQ for negotiation in a business setting. This is an animation I produced for part of their training.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to watch the entire video. It shows two distinct ways of handling the same situation, the second part of the video showing how that situation can be handled with more emotional intelligence.
